I am 5 weeks and 5 days and went to the er for extreme pain. They diagnosed me with subchorionic bleed. I'm so scared I'll lose this pregnancy since it's so early. Has anyone had this and end up ok?? What was your story.

Yes! I had insane bleeding and clotting at 7 weeks. I went to the ER to confirm a miscarriage and that’s when I found out baby was fine, it was a subchorionic hemorrhage. I had intense cramping, bleeding, and clotting for weeks. It finally stopped around 16 weeks. Currently 27 weeks and baby is fine! Make sure you ask for the SCH to be monitored for peace of mind. I came in every two weeks for ultrasounds to measure the SCH.

Thank you so much they didnt explain it very well in the er and plan to tall to my ob about it. I had heard stories at work with ppl getting diagnosed with it early on and it ended up being twins 😂 I'm trying to be hopeful but the pain is off putting no vaginal bleeding.

Yes that happened to me and it went away. I think its pretty common. Dont worry too much.

Not personally but my coworkers daughter had it and just delivered her healthy baby boy last month :)
