BP issue-21.5 weeks hx of gestational hypertension

Hi all! So I am 21.5 weeks pregnant and have a 10 month old at home (currently home alone). With her I was induced at 37 weeks due to gestational hypertension. Since yesterday I’ve been exhausted with a lingering headache and just had the idea to take my BP which read 135/86 then 125/75 a half hour later. I’m not sure if I should call about this because I’m afraid I’ll be sent to the ER like they did In the past. My doctor is very reactive and I was sent so many times in the past only to be sent home. Is there any suggestions for what I could do at home? Or should I call?

EDIT: now my BP is 143/83 and the doctor wants to see me tomorrow morning :(
