Help - First time mom

Hello! My 4 month old babygirl have been stuffed up and coughing for a while now. Is there anything I can do to her help? Anything else I can give her? I have been doing the frida nose spray. Should I be worried?

Unfortunately for little ones there’s not much you can do 😓 Our little guy caught a cold and our pedi told us to use this saline spray and a cool mist vaporizer with water in it. The nose frida is a game changer though! we have the electric one and it was worth every cent.
