Birth control yaz plus

Hi ladies hope you are all doing good?

I have a question about my birth control.

I started Yaz plus like they indicated i should. Oky so when starting my first packet my period kinda went on for a long while. I had my 7 days normal period than for 4 days i had like a brownish period and 2 days light pink - so basically i had my "period" for 2 weeks straight. I'm on my second pack and my period has not yet arrived. I'm done with my period pills and it has not started.

Why is this happening?

I had sex about a week ago and my period should have started during that week and yet nothing. We did use protection so i don't think its pregnancy. I just want to know why when i started taking Yaz Plus my periods are more irregular than what it was and also i started getting breakouts on my face and back. I don't think this pill is working.

What do you guys think and please share helpful information if you have any.
