Hi ladies wanted to know when did you start working out after you’ve had your baby? Did you wait till after your 6 week postnatal appointment? I’m around 4wks Postpartum and feel ready, how was your experience and any tips/advice on what I should do/avoid? I know there’s no rush and everyone’s journey is different. It’s just important to me to look after our bodies and health especially when we spent 9 months growing a baby
