Corpus Luteal Cyst vs Ectopic

Yesterday I was experiencing an annoying ache in the area of my right ovary. It’s not extremely painful, but definitely annoying. My doc told me to go to the ER. They’re guessing I’m around 5 wks. My HCG is at 805.2 which she said is a little low and that stresses me out. The main thing that scares me is that they didn’t see a sac in my uterus, but that could bc it’s too early. They do see something on my right ovary and they’re thinking it may be a cyst vs ectopic but can’t say for sure. I go in for more blood tomorrow and another ultrasound on Wed. I’m so scared and nervous and just hope my count doubles tomorrow. Has anyone gone through this?
