Symptoms

What symptoms is everyone feeling at this point? I am

Approximately 4 weeks and 5 days with my second pregnancy. So far I have very sore and tender boobs, increased in bowel movements but not diarrhea, fatigue and today started some pretty constant back pain. This is all a little sooner than what I experienced the first go around.

If I go off my last period then I am further along but I didn’t get a positive test till about a week ago. My first appointment will be the week of Thanksgiving so I will find out soon enough.
