Weird abdominal rash 33 weeks pregnant

I’ve had an abdominal rash since the end of September. OB didn’t know what it was, told me it’s definitely NOT PUPPS. Regular practitioner said resembled ringworm (😣) and prescribed an antifungal cream that did not help. I haven’t changed soaps or detergents, regularly washing bedding/towels, not rewearing maternity pants/ other clothing.. no dietary changes. I am stumped. No one else in the family has gotten the rash, so assuming it’s not transmissible.The rash doesn’t itch but it’s most definitely spreading from my lower abdomen, to my entire stomach now.

Any othe mamas have similar experiences or can relate, I’d appreciate the input! Fingers crossed I get in with a dermatologist within the next few weeks . Just another fun experience this pregnancy😵‍💫🥴
