Sperm count from 57 million to 4 million in 2 years?!?

My husband and I had our first baby with IUI almost 2 years ago. At the time his sperm count was 57 million.

We have just began the process for baby #2 and his sperm count is now 4 million. He’s had no major lifestyle changes. This seems like a drastic change, right??!!

I’m extremely upset that it appears IUI is off the table. We need 5 million for an IUI. Hoping our specialist will let us go ahead and do the sample for the washing process and that it’s over the 5 million at that time.
