Being cremated, could there be others ashes?

My cat got cremated recently which was very sad! I always sit there looking at her little box and wonder if there is bits of other animals in there?! I did work experience in a funeral parlour but never thought to ask. What's the chances of when being cremated that there is parts/bits of other people? I mean after being cremated it must be hard to gather all of the ashes?!!!
