Doesn’t feel right

So I’ve been on the combo pill since January 2021. In September, I started bleeding in the middle of my pack - it was pretty light but it would last about six days. Thing is after this I would bleed again when I took the seven days off the pill. This month however , I am full out bleeding pretty heavy in the middle of the pack , and having horrible abdominal pains which leave me feeling weak. I am confused as to what to do, this doesn’t feel normal anymore. It’s getting so annoying that I only have had in total , about three weeks of no bleeding since September.
