Large (painful) fibroid

I’m 22+5 and just had an emergency appointment with my OB due to some pretty sharp pain on my left side. I knew baby was ok because he was moving around lots. Long story short, but I have a large fibroid about the size of a softball on my left side. The good news is that it won’t affect the baby, but it is causing me a lot of pain and discomfort. They said I can only take small amounts of Tylenol to help dull the pain, but there’s nothing they can do. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you deal with the pain? I’m feeling pretty discouraged.
