Low AMH pregnancy

I’m late 4 days. I’m suppose to have my IVF consultation next an possibly start soon after. I’m 39 and my AMH is .36 I was told natural pregnancy would probably not happen. I don’t want to get my hopes by testing. Anyone get peg any with a low AMH?
