I’m 15 and 5 Weeks pregnant. I’m trying to decide if I should keep it or not, What are the pros and cons to keeping it? What are the pros and cons to abortion?

Just adding an option which is adoption, there you can give life and give the baby a chance in life but giving it to someone that wants a baby (that's if u can or don't want)

A baby is a big responsibility and if you keep it chances are you will need to miss out on the rest of a normal childhood. Prom, homecoming, graduation, going off for college, all of that doesn’t become a first priority anymore but your baby does. You’ll also need to keep into consideration that babies are really really expensive. You will need to pay for healthcare for not only yourself but for the baby now and when they are older you have to be prepared to pay for sports, camps, school, phone bill, etc. With all that taken under consideration a baby is still a blessing, if you chose to keep it, you can make it work. But you have OPTIONS And many years to think about having a kid if you chose to abort. Think about your mental health too, are u in a great mental position to be able to care for a baby 24/7?

This is completely up to you, having a child is a blessing in disguise. My daughter is absolutely my world. But also it’s so much responsibility and so so so hard sometimes. Either way you choose I hope you have support from the ones you love, that’s what matters most. I do suggest though if you do plan on getting an abortion try to do is as soon as possible before baby gets much bigger. Good luck and message me if you ever need anything.

A baby is a big responsibility. I had my first at 21 but my cousin had her baby at 16 and she is a absolutely amazing mom. She has a great support system which helps her out in times of need such as she just needs a break, a minute to breathe or sleep she can lean on her dad, sisters, cousins, mom, etc.. it is hard though sometimes. Babies get sick. They get cranky as hell sometimes for no reason at all other times for reasons you really cant help that much like teething or gas. They get you to spend alot of money between diapers and wipes, formula and food, clothes every 5 to 8 months, and so on. But on the plus it's someone who loves you so so much, unconditionally no matter what you do or have done. My son is my entire world. I love all his little laughs and smiles and hearing his little feet padding across the floor and him repeating "dadadadadada" all day long and so on. Kids are great. They're funny and if they're yours you get to watch them grow into their own person, with their own personalities and all. I say keep it if you think you are ready and capable. If not, have you possibly thought of adoption? There are so many people who would love to have a baby. The choice is ultimately up to you though love. Good luck.
