Hello Everyone: 5w 6d but supposed to be 7w3days

Hey everyone had my first ultrasound today

Dr said Baby measures 5w 6days but according to my apps and calculations with regular periods, I am supposed to be 7weeks 3 days.

Everything looks normal fetal pole and embryo, but heart rate is 81bpm when its supposed to be 100-120bpm…

I have no cramps, or morning sickness or spotting or bleeding.

But i am very tired and my breasts hurt really badly thirsty all the time and peeing all the time.

I was told I should be expecting a miscarriage.

Any advice or tips?

I honestly feel fine as my Body knows what its doing and I hope its the best for our Baby.
