I’m not bleeding or anything

In my experience there would be blood first, then really bad period cramps and clotting following.

For me personally I had spotting before I had pain. I think you just may have eaten something your guys don't like. Maybe try pooping

Im 4 weeks and am right there with you with the tummy pain. From what I’ve gathered: mild cramping, gas pain, pulling and pinching are all normal as long as it is not severe, paired with bleeding, constant, or only located on one side. If you are concerned you can call your doctor, but any mild to moderate pains without bleeding are very likely due to gas, increased blood flow, or round ligament pain.
