Supply dropping at 12 wks pp

Hi mamas I'm 12 wks pp and my supply dipped maybe 3/4 days ago about 2/3 Oz I'm a little panicked because it had been same since 6 wks pp amd I would always get same output now I'm not full anymore at nights even tho baby eats a lot at nights and I started noticing that I make 2/3 Oz less what do I do I need something to pick it back up I still drink water and body armor I still feed every 1-3 hours I didn't do anything different I don't know what's going on 😭
