Anyone else experience this just before labor

Hi there! Wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing… I’m 38w 2d. I am booked in for a c section in a weeks times.

I’ve had lightening crotch a couple times a day for the last two weeks. But yesterday it started quite a bit more or today I have had it all most consistently all day. They are super intense and make me pause and jolt. I’ve also got serious rectal and vagina pressure as well as braxton hicks and lower back cramping.

Could labor be near? This is nearly unbearable… I was awake all last night with braxton hicks.
