How to keep my baby warm?!?!

My house is built in 1950, we have no insulation, holes in walls/windows and it gets freezing in are house I can't run the space heaters all night bc the risk of a fire, but it's going to be low 30s and my daughter sleeps in her room alone in her crib I put her in a light fleece sleeper and a thin cotton pants and thin pullover should I add a extra layer since she can't have a blanket? I don't want her to be cold nor do I want to burn her up until I can find us a place to live we are stuck here so please give me suggestions she is 10 months and rolling and crawling
