Extremely swollen labia

Okay so I’m literally freaking out I first had white clumpy discharge pretty dry & cottage cheese like & an itch down there, no smell nothing so I knew I had a yeast infection. My boyfriend came over for the first time in a long time & I wasn’t planning on having sex but it just happened & we noticed my vagina starting to swell & get super red I figured I was turned on but now I literally have the hugest most uncomfortable swollen vulva & idk what’s going on has this happens to anyone else please help!!!
