Bleeding through a tampon in minutes

I just got my nexplannon implant taken out last week and I started bleeding a couple days ago. I’m bleeding so bad, I put in a super plus tampon and the biggest pad I could find before work and I was leaking through my pants in 20 minutes. I have to go to the bathroom every ten minutes to clean up and reapply a pad because a tampon is doing absolutely nothing. I can literally feel it just gushing out. I’m also having clots about 3-4 inches long and the cramps are the worst I’ve ever felt. Honestly feels like early labor. I called my OB and she said it’s common after a nexplannon removal and that unless I start feeling light headed and weak, there’s nothing they can do and could only give me a blood transfusion. Wtf?? Idk what to to but it’s freaking me the fuck out. I’m sending my husband to the store for freaking adult diapers in hopes I’ll be able to sleep without soaking my bed. Has anyone else experienced this??
