I’m so confused

So I came off my period just over a week ago last Saturday and I started to bleed slightly yesterday I somehow thought it was spotting then today I woke up to a massive blood clot I just sat there so confused I’m meant to be ovulating this week but I’ve had straight up negative tests the second line I got disappeared and got upset I’ve never ever started to bleed a week after I’ve just been on I never usually have periods as my PCOS is that bad I’ve only had 4 periods this year is it coz my body is having hormonal issues or what I’ve just never experienced this before I’m waiting to ovulate as both me and my hubby have been trying for 4 years
