Does anyone have sacroiliac joint pain?

I have been having HORRIBLE lower back pain that radiates to my hips. It hurts to sit, walk, bend forward and lean backwards. Only certain sleeping positions are comfortable. I have been to several doctors that keep telling me to see a chiropractor. Finally, today I was diagnosed with Sacroiliac joint Dysfunction. I was prescribed a few different things for pain and ordered to start physio (which I am already doing). The doctor warned this likelt could be a chronic condition and might take a very long time to heal. I’m just wondering if anyone else has dealt with or is dealing with this. Is there anything you do to get relief? I care for my 2 kids all day and I am struggling so bad to get through my days..
