Moms! Please help me! I’m starting to freak out

So my 2 year old son has been sick lately on and off and he’s just getting over a virus that gave him diarrhea and vomiting (COVID and rsv negative) but for that last 3-2 days his belly has been like this. He’s not in pain, I gently pressed on his belly and he didn’t whine or seem to be on pain. He does pass gas here on there. But idk why his belly is like this. Has anyone experienced this?? I’m so worried I’m calling his pediatrician tomorrow to get seen! 😭😭😭😭
