Recommendation

Im currently 3 weeks pregnant very early and I’m so ill like I feel very sick to my stomach I can still eat just fine but just feel like crap all day and I’m also very very hungry I will eat n then like 30 minutes later I’m hungry again this is my 4th baby and I never experienced this with any of them except for my daughter I was very Nauseous but not this early when I I found my it I was pregnant with her I was already 7 weeks but this time everything is just different I already went to the doctor obviously they couldn’t see nothing bc of how early I am but has anybody gunna thru this hungri
