i stopped my bc about a month and a half ago. my bf and i had sex for the first time off my bc last month- Oct 31. We used a condom with no issues and he pulled out. for some reason this month i’m just super anxious about not getting my period. it supposed to start in 9 days. my nipples have been tender when i press on them and i’ve gotten a pimple or two on my forehead. i’ve also noticed more discharge but idk if that has to do with coming off my bc. i’m just scared i won’t get my period and will be pregant. am i overthinking??
