Mucas plug/water breaking? Help

I am 22 weeks, 2 days.

So I’m minding my business and getting my sons clothes out for school and just standing there liquid just came out of me.

I didn’t feel like I had to pee or anything. Go to the bathroom and call my husband up. He said he thought it smelled like pee, but like water down pee, if that makes sense.

So I was like okay, well lovely I just accidentally peed myself (isn’t pregnancy lovely lol). I get in the shower to clean myself up and as I am washing my face a gush just comes out. Again, not feeling like I needed to pee or anything. Just came out. Both times I am in shock. And then my mucus plug comes out. Called my husband back. He saw whatever did not get washed down by the water. And it was the whole plug, or a lot of it; it was a lot.

Now sitting here my vagina is hurting, I guess I would describe it as a throbbing type pain. And my lower stomach is a little sore.

I have two little ones and I know all pregnancy are different, but should I be freaking out? Cause I am trying not to. But I’ve never had this happen before, so any advice would be great.
