Implantation bleeding?

I had a positive opk on the 5th so I’m either 9 or 10dpo and 4 days until my period. Tonight I noticed pink tinged cm when I wiped but next time I’ve gone to the bathroom there’s nothing. I feel like I’m going insane symptom spotting but my husband is noticing symptoms as well. I’ve had the worst case of nausea and my boobs feel so sore and heavy which thankfully has never been pms for me. The icing on the cake was as soon as I got home from work this evening my daughter told me I have a brother in my belly 😳 a little weirded out considering my husband and I don’t talk about that kind of stuff around the kiddos. Too early to test? I took a frer this morning and it was negative so I’ve been so discouraged and moody all day. Thanks y’all, any advice or comment is appreciated ❣️
