Adult content and nudity is not illegal and people who produce adult content are allowed to have children. Having an onlyfans doesn’t in itself affect taking care of your child, and as long as your children are safe, cared for and not exposed to anything sexual in relation to you having an onlyfans account then your baby daddy is just going to embarrass himself if he is sincerely going to do this. 
There’s also odds he knows he wouldn’t win that in court and is trying to scare you. If he did try to take you to court just stay calm, and don’t let him ruffle your feathers. He’ll try to get you worked up and to get you to make yourself look bad, stay calm and he’s the one digging his own grace.
