Hair dresser dilemma

I'm kind of annoyed with my hair lady.

I've seen her a handful of times, for cuts and colors. I tip way over 20% heck sometimes even 30. I've rescheduled with her once, and have canceled two appointments during the 2 years of seeing her. Anytime I have rescheduled or canceled its always been way before 24 or 48 hours advance notice which her policy is 24 hour notice. I messaged her today saying I'm needing a hair cut and asked if she has any openings, and she replied telling me that because of me canceling on her (which was months ago) she can't afford to schedule me in since the only openings she has she can't afford for someone to cancel. And I fully understand if it's her policy it's her policy. I'm probably complaining for no reason but it's like I've always been a good client, I canceled my appointment with her for legitimate reasons, and it wasn't like they were back to back or anything like that. I guess if anything I'm actually just hurt by it lmao. This just seems so left field as we have each other on our socials and she's always so friendly to me, and interacts with my posts often. So now I'm having to find a new lady and I'm dreading it because it's so awkward finding someone new. I'm kind of low key hoping I'll find someone even better now 😅

So I just wanted to add that I found another lady and I'm now so excited to see someone else lol. Also for the girl who said maybe I'm difficult.. I'm really not 🥺 I'm probably the easiest client EVER since I'm not picky and I've always told my gal to do whatever she thinks would be best, I'd tell her what I kind of imagined but let her have free range with it. Money has never even been an issue either hence why I've always tipped more than what's recommended. I've never complained once, and really did love the work she would do. I'm also not going to be petty about it, maybe I'll end up with 2 incredible ladies I can trust so if one is busy I have a back up person. Idk, I guess I'll have to see if she's not taking me back for good or what the deal is lol.
