Weight gain tips

Hey guys I’m 20 years old and I’ve always been skinny it’s been extremely hard for me to maintain weight and gain I can sometimes be a picky eater. Even though I just turned 20 I will be 21 soon and I am currently 102 pounds and 5’6. I don’t have ED so before you have any rude comments to put below please refrain from it because I find it extremely rude. I am not anorexic I am capable of gaining weight the highest I have been is 114 pounds I will say that I do have depression and a high metabolism. If you have anything that you usually eat that helped you gain weight any meal suggestions any vitamins you suggest I take please let me know. I get extremely sad being skinny sometimes I don’t even like to wear certain clothes anymore.
