Why am I bleeding 2 times a month? It’s been going on for 2 months now

So I’m only 21, I got off birth control depo in September, i was due on the 7th and stopped taking it because of all the health risks that come with taking birth control over time, it’s now been 2 months since I’ve been completely off birth control and I’m bleeding 2 times a month

My period just ended 2 weeks ago & here I am with it again. I made an appointment already but I wanted to ask you guys, maybe someone here knows some reasons on why that happens?
