Everything came back fine!!

Anyone else dealing with this? I’ve had 3 miscarriages, been referred to a fertility clinic, where I had 32 different things tested. Trying to find the issue why I keep losing. Just got off the phone with the doctor who told me everything is fine. Suggested aspirin 81mg and prescribed me a progesterone, said let’s try this. Feeling defeated. Obviously, happy there is nothing wrong, but wish there was something so we could fix it.
