How can I help?

My husband's been working with this company for 3 years. They're not the best company but he likes his job and we definitely can't afford to lose it.

Indeed is the platform he used to get this job and randomly it will notify his employer that he's "done something to his profile." HR won't give him specifics of what the notification says but my husband has not even used it since he got his job with them. He keeps promising them he's not looking for a new job, which is what they're conconcerned about.

This company is known to fire employees if they think you're looking for a new job.

This is the third time indeed has done this and he even offered to show proof he hasn't applied anywhere but they don't seem to care. They just keep saying it makes him look bad.

I'm worried about him losing his job.

Is there anything we can do on the platform to prevent this from happening, or does anyone have advice on what to do?
