Fussy/colicky baby

My baby is about to be 5 weeks old and he is fully formula fed. I use Gerber GentlePro. My baby seems extremely upset before and after feedings. He aggressively kicks with his feet and throws his hands up in the air extremely upset with high pitched crying. I switched to Soy based lactose-free Gerber milk and that didn’t seem to help. I burp him after feeding and during feeding. I can’t seem to figure out why he’s so upset. I tend to stay up all night long and sleep sometime during the day when he sleeps. I hope you ladies have so great advice for me! Thank you in advance.
