Toxic parents/family

I don’t know if I’m just unlucky but I really want feedback from people who aren’t in my circle so here goes…

After I finished college I decided to join the military because living expenses in CA was just too expensive for me to move out of my moms house and I also didn’t know what I wanted to do with my life. When I joined the military I met my husband and we’ve been married now for over a year and expecting our first child (to some people this may be too fast but that’s not the point of this post). My husband and I obviously have had our trials and tribulations during our first year of marriage but at the end of the day we always work things out. When I found out I was pregnant two months ago, I told my family and quickly learned who my true supporters were. My mom was strongly against me having a child with my husband and threatened to take my car away from me (which would be illegal because she transferred the title to me in order for me to register it in this state) once when I first told her I was pregnant and again the other day. I told my dad what was going on and he told me to sell it so she wouldn’t be able to take it away from me and also because we sold his truck to buy my truck so technically majority of the money came from him. To wrap up this story my mom found out about me selling the truck through her boyfriend (who I told the truth because I felt guilty about selling it) and threatened to get my husband and I kicked out of the military if I don’t give her the money for the truck. Part of me wants to give her the money so she would leave me alone (even though she doesn’t need the money and I do) so I don’t have to deal with her anymore. I’m trying not to stress out about it but I don’t know how to deal with my toxic mother.
