Bleeding after sex?

21 weeks pregnant with twins and have been lightly spotting after sex. Is this normal? No cramping or pain.

I spotted every time my husband and I had sex with my daughter. I freaked out the first time and the on call nurse said it was normal as long as I wasn’t in pain and it was only from sex. It stopped not too long after. I had an appt the next day just to check everything out and the doctor said we could keep having sex if we wanted and it would more than likely happen again. Which it did😅
