I would do it now, because I can tell you from experience- it’s a MUCH more difficult choice to do the vaccine/booster once you already know you’re pregnant

Personally, I’d wait since Femara can suppress your immune system. You may find you get a severe reaction to the vaccine while taking it. It couldn’t hurt to talk to your doctor about it though if you’re not sure.
