Any advice?

My baby is 5 pounds 7 oz and premature by a little bit. He developed hypothermia at 5 days old and was admitted to the hospital. Hes eating better but his temp keeps falling at home. I could cry, I really need support. They say he can't sleep with extra blankets but if he's only swaddled at night then he'll freeze. I don't know what to do. I'm stressed and I have to set an alarm every 2 hours to feed him because he's having trouble eating enough so I'm tired and I cry pretty often.
