Trying to stay positive and hopeful

So I found out I was pregnant on the 19th of this month. I got a positive ovulation (same colored lines) on the 7th. So never tested to get test line darker then control for a true positive. So not sure if I ovulated exactly on the 7th or 8-9-10-11?? Because we know sperm last or can last 5 days in a women’s body…

Fast forward… I got hcg/beta levels done and first one was 22 (November 23) and I was sent back to do another (November 25) and it was at 31… only makes it a 40% increase and I’m worried because I’ve been bleeding since the day I found out I was pregnant…
