Anyone had this before???

I am 6 weeks 6 days, i have been spotting/bleeding brown blood since about 4 weeks 4 days. Went to ER at 4w4d and they could not see anything on ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound… said i had a cyst on my right ovary. Told me i would have to see my doc to contunie doing HCG levels. Spotting Usually looks like coffee grounds or stringy. This past Monday (6w3d) i saw some red… only time there was ever red. My doctor has put me on progesterone pills that i take orally every night before bed. (200mg). Progesterone was 13, last time it was checked was last week and it was 18. She has taken my HCG mostly every 48 hours or so…

Anyone else’s not double and pregnancy been ok? I was told after 6,000 it could take longer than 48 hours to double. My doc told me to prepare for miscarriage this weekend, and to call if i filled a pad. I am currently not bleeding much (spotting brown some) but have white creamy discharge also. I don’t really have pregnancy symptoms other than my boobs being sore. I have an ultrasound scheduled for Tuesday. I am a nervous wreck!!! :(
