I feel like my 1 year old is behind

My son started walking pretty early, around 10 months, but everything else I feel like he is behind. He is 16 months old now and barely eats anything, he mostly just wants breastmilk and still wants to nurse every 2 hours. He’s still awake most of the night and won’t sleep through. He wakes up every two hours. He is not saying any words but just babbles like an infant. He just acts more like a baby than a 16 month old. I know he’s still a “baby” technically but my first son was already saying a few words at this age and much more independent.
