Did I over react?

So my bf’s birthday is next week and I just broke up with him….

I’m livid! Yes I turned into a toxic person thanks to him.

So for months we have had issues with social media. It all started one time when a girl commented on his Instagram pic. He was not following her but she commented “sick car”

Since my bf is a car enthusiast I thought nothing. His whole page is just cars and doesn’t post himself on it. I thought it was just a random person who also liked his page.

A week later I saw messages he messaged her “hey you’re very cute” conversation carried casually until she asked him “can I have your number ? And send me a pic of you so I know how you look like?” My bf never did. I forgave him cause he didn’t give her his number or Kept going at it. He told me he was “drunk” and realized what he did was disrespectful …I believed him.

Well ever since I’ve always been insecure about who follows him. I know his page is pretty popular because of his cool car.

A month ago, I had a cute photoshoot at a cafe. I shared the pic. He didn’t like it and he removed me from IG. He said he rather not see what I post because it just makes him jelous. I was a bit hurt ….

I guess he saw my following go up and he requested me to see who was following me. 2 guy cousins who never has met added me and my bf asked who those dudes were. I explained that every person I had are family. I only had 133 followers while he has about 2k.

Didn’t like my other pics and blocked me for 2 weeks. Refused to talk. Just yesterday he texted me out of nowhere about his birthday party.

I told him I was confused. I don’t know if I felt like going. He hasn’t apologized for ignoring Me. He said I was “being a pyscho bitch”

I Noticed a girl followed him that same night.

I send him a screenshot. I told him this:

Hey I just want to let you know our relationship is done. It’s going on for 3 weeks since we last talked over a picture I posted. It’s really not fair that I can’t post nothing but yet you can have random followers like this girl. I just noticed this girl followed you. Im not saying you have to remove her because I’m not controlling. I just realized that you’ve been on Instagram all day today but didn’t have a minute to call to try and fix our situationship. I realized that you’re allowed to have random girls follow you but when it comes to me posting a harmless pic you block me lol. I honestly don’t trust you… thanks”

I gave him an explanation as to why I was done. Again, it’s not about the fact girls follow him it’s the fact I can’t do nothing with my IG because he blocks me …

I forgave him once and idk I’m being dramatic that’s he ignored me for almost a month but is on social media every minute
