Did he ask me on a date?

Okay so this is an update. Quick recap I used to work at a pizza place and saw this women twice there with her daughter and step son. She would take her step sons money and give it to her daughter and barely feed him while her and her daughter ate in front of him and lie and tell his dad he lost his money his money. The second time I saw this evil cunt try to lie I told the father and she said I was lying.... I got fired for overstepping. I saw them again a while later at the store and he thanked me. Him and his son moved out and he broke things off with his fiancè and I got hired as his sons babysitter.

So now that we are caught up. I babysit his son. His son is 7. He is acting the sweetest little boy. I talked to his dad before and he said his son was always sweet so when his ex fiancè would say he had been acting up it was weird and out of character and he didn't understand. His son does get very upset if he makes a little mistake because he's scared I'll yell at him. He was being pretty much bullied by his step mom and step sister behind closed doors. His dad said he's been doing so much better since I came in. His son had a very bad bedwetting problem that required diapers and since I came along he only wets about twice a week instead of every day. They've invited me out to lunch with him. Me and his dad sometimes just talk. I feel like more of a family friend than a babysitter because I've met his mom because stopped by and we had amazing conversations. So he is a very sexy daddy. Like tattoos sexy. Lol. Well he asked me if I wanted to go with him to see the nutcracker ballet and he was blushing. He said "It would be nice if you came with me. US! Us". I said okay because I love ballet and theater. He said that's great. IDK if he's asking me on a date or not. His son will be there so probably not right?
