Should I still text him?

So, having had bad experiences, I decided not to let any man see my private areas unless we were married. I was at work when a handsome guy drove up. I questioned him to ascertain his reasons for coming before deciding whether or not to grant him entry. Because I was friendly and polite, he fell for my charming personality (my dimples, teeth, boops, and backside were the major attraction for him as he later told me). He asked if I was single and I said yes and he asked if it was ok to get my mobile phone #. I told him I was at work and so could not do that. I wrote him a visitors pass and let him in.

When I got off work, he was there. Well, we hung out for a few minutes and he got what he wanted, my number. He canceled meeting with me twice or more saying he was playing games with his family. When we finally met, he wanted to do me in his car but I told him I was not interested. He broke up with me because I said I didn’t want to be intimate. He said we should remain friends and I accepted.

Because I was moving to a new apartment, he offered to help me move. We have been communicating since the break up but I sent him a text since October 30th about something we have been praying about because I didn’t want to keep praying while God had already answered but he has not responded. As the date draws near for me to move, I am wrestling with whether to text him about it or not.
