Ex asked me several times

Is there a way to like get somebody during a custody battle on house situation. So I’m fixing to move out into my new house that has 4 bedroom and I only have the two girls so even if it wasn’t 4 bedroom couldn’t they still legally share a room? Reason I’m asking is my ex ask me everyday how many rooms even though I’ve told him a million times it’s a 4 bedroom. He’s even asked me twice In one day like does he need that for a lawyer or something? Also asked my move out date over and over so I’m like is he trying to have me served or???
