3 hour glucose test

Hey ladies!

So I failed my 1 hour glucose test and have to take the 3 hour test tomorrow 😩

I am absolutely petrified of needles and usually get very light headed from blood work and IVs…Knowing I have to get blood drawn 4 times without having anything in my stomach other than the drink is causing me to panic more. I’m trying to tell myself actually birthing the baby is going to be 1000x more anxious and high nerves feeling as this is my first baby

Any suggestions on how to lower the nerves?
