Help me ovulate??

I have trouble ovulating every month. I can go months without ovulating sometimes. I don’t have pcos, my cycle just isn’t normal. I need all the advice and all the recommendations on what I can do to help 😬😬 TIA

i had this same issue love and i took conceive plus fertility support, but they also have ovulation support too never took that one bc the fertility one worked i didn’t even get through half the bottle and i fell pregnant ill be 30w tonight good luck to you love 💛

Ugh i need to take the tests to see if I’m ovulating bc just going by this app isn’t helping
