Will staying up all night make my schedule worse or fix it?

So I’ve had the worst sleeping schedule and I have ADHD so I’m not necessarily hyper but I’m so tired throughout the day that by the time it’s time to go to bed I can’t and I will stay up all night and sleep late. I absolutely hate it. I’ve done everything. Sleep aids. I’ve stayed up till 5am (not by choice I couldn’t sleep) and woken up at 11. And I still had a terrible schedule with not having 8 hours. So I’m on my last resort of things and I’m thinking of staying up. But I’m not a teenager anymore and I don’t know if I could survive the whole day. But also nothing is working.
