How to stop losing weight

Help, please!

I’m 26 and my whole life, I’ve had a high metabolism and have been small until I started having babies, then I gained quite a bit. I started this past January though on working out and eating better and have well past reached my goal. I have stopped calorie counting so much and have stopped actually “trying” to lose weight now, but the scale this morning says 116. I’ve added in so much protein, strength training, and have been slowly adding calories, but the scale either stays the same or goes down and as a result, I’m starting lose muscle again and look too “boney” and not so healthy. Any ideas on how I can stop losing the weight now? Thanks in advance!
